An interesting 20-LCC (J-Lead) package is used.Packaging for the external environment.In the state of 0°C~70°C, licensed to work.OTP allows for programmability.FPGA is fed wFPGAh a voltage of 3V~3.6V 4.75V~5.25V.There is a memory device mounted in Surface Mount.Data storage is limited to 440kb bytes.Look for "EPC1441" for other related parts.The supply voltage of the device must be 3.3V in order to operate correctly.There are different functions associated with 20 terminations.As long as the maximum voltage of the memory device is 3.6V, then the memory device can be used.Minimum voltage 3V is required for the device to work.A CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip like this is used for data storage.The temperature should be kept below 220 in reflow soldering.A SERIAL-processing method is used to transfer data through this memory.A memory chip can operate at a voltage no greater than 0.03mA.An IC that can work at 10MHz frequency is a memory IC.There is a configuration of COMMON for the memory's I/O.The use of 3.3/5V power supplies is recommended.The inclusion of IT CAN ALSO OPERATE AT 5V SUPPLY as part of our product line has been done in order to better serve our customers' needs.Devices in the EPC series include this one.
