This package is based on a neat 32-TQFP package which is used by it.External packaging of type Tray.-40°C~85°C license holder.With the help of OTP, it can be programmed.A voltage of 3V~3.6V 4.75V~5.25V is applied to it in order to power it.Mounted in Surface Mount is this memory device.Data storage is limited to a size of 440kb bytes.Look for "EPC1441" for other related parts.The supply voltage should be 3.3V.There are different functions associated with 32 terminations.In order to use this memory device, a maximum voltage of 3.6V should be used.There must be a minimum voltage of 3V to supply the device with the power it needs.Using the CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip, we can store data.The reflow soldering process should be done at a temperature no higher than 260.By using SERIAL-processing, data can be transmitted through this memory in a secure manner.The memory chip will not operate at a voltage above 0.03mA.Taking the speed of the IC into consideration, this is a memory IC that can work at a frequency of 10MHz.Memory is configured as COMMON for memory's I/O.A power supply that is rated at 3.3/5V is recommended for use with this product.For better service, IT CAN ALSO OPERATE AT 5V SUPPLY is included.Devices in the EPC series include this one.
