EPC1LC20N Overview


An interesting 20-LCC (J-Lead) package is used.Packaging for the external environment.An individual who is qualified to operate within the 0°C~70°C domain.With the help of OTP, it can be programmed.This device is fed with a voltage of 3V~3.6V 4.75V~5.25V which is applied to it.I have mounted this memory device in Surface Mount.There is a limit of 1Mb MB for the amount of data that can be stored.EPC1 will give you other related parts.There is a requirement that it is supplied with a voltage of 3.3V.Different functions are associated with 20 terminations.3.6V is the maximum voltage that can be used with this memory device.3V is the minimum voltage required to supply the device.The memory chip in question is a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip.The reflow soldering process should be done at a temperature no higher than 245.In this memory, data is transmitted using the SERIAL process.In order for a memory chip to operate, it must not be subjected to a voltage greater than 0.05mA.FPGA is a 10MHz-frequency memory IC.This memory has a COMMON configuration for its I/O.Memory is recommended to use a 3.3/5V power supply.Thus, IT CAN ALSO OPERATE AT 5V SUPPLY is included to better serve customers.The device belongs to the EPC series.
