EPC1PC8 Overview


A neat 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package is used.External packaging for the Tube series.Qualified to perform a variety of tasks within the 0°C~70°C environment.OTP allows for programmability.This device is fed with a voltage of 3V~3.6V 4.75V~5.25V which is applied to it.Through Hole is the mounting position of this memory device.Currently, data storage can only store data up to 1Mb bytes.Other related parts can be found by searching "EPC1".There is a voltage requirement of 3.3V for supplying it with power.Different functions can be assigned to 8 terminations.FPGA is possible to use this memory device at a maximum voltage of 3.6V.It is necessary to supply the device with a minimum voltage of 3V.FPGA is a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip that we are talking about here.FPGA is recommended that the reflow soldering temperature be maintained at no more than NOT SPECIFIED during the process.As a result of the SERIAL process, data is transmitted from this memory.The memory chip is allowed to operate at a voltage that is no greater than 0.05mA.FPGA is a 10MHz-frequency memory IC.There is a configuration of COMMON for the memory's I/O.Memory is recommended that a 5V power supply be used.In order to better serve the needs, IT CAN ALSO OPERATE AT 5V SUPPLY is included.Devices in the EPC series include this one.
