EPC4QI100N Overview


An interesting 100-BQFP package is used.Packaging outside of Tray.-40°C~85°C license holder.The In System Programmable programming language can be used to program it.This device is fed with a voltage of 3V~3.6V which is applied to it.There is a memory device mounted in Surface Mount.There is a limit to the size of data storage of 4MB bytes.To find other similar parts, search for "EPC4".There is a requirement that it is supplied with a voltage of 3.3V.Different functions are associated with 100 terminations.In order to use this memory device, a maximum voltage of 3.6V should be used.To supply the device, a minimum voltage of 3V is a must.A CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip like this is used for data storage.When soldering in reflow mode, the temperature should be kept below 245 at all times during the soldering process.Data is transmitted in this memory using a PARALLEL process.The memory chip will not operate at a voltage above 0.09mA.FPGA is a 66.7MHz-frequency memory IC.A power supply that is rated at 3.3V is recommended for use with this product.Devices in the EPC series include this one.In specific, it can be described as a form of Flash Memories.
