EPCQ64SI16N Overview


The package uses a neat SOIC interface.FPGA is limFPGAed to 8MB bytes for the size of the data storage.FPGA reuqires a supply voltage of 3.3V.With different functions, 16 terminations can be used.In reflow soldering, the temperature should be controlled to a maximum of 260 degrees during the process.FPGA has pins on the 16 axis.With the help of SERIAL-processing, data is sent through this memory.As part of the package, the part comes with a set of 16 pins.Memory is recommended that users apply 3.3V to the part before use in order for Memory to function safely in a circuMemory.Known as a FLASH memory.As low as -40°C is the lowest temperature at which it can operate.There should be no more than 85°C degrees of ambient temperature for it to operate.Memory should have a voltage of at least 2.7V to run.Memory has a max supply voltage rating of 3.6V.Memory operates on 100μA.
