FPGA uses a nice 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package that makes FPGA easy to use.Packaging for the external use of Tube.Licensed to operate in -40°C~85°C.FPGA is programmable through In System Programmable.FPGA is powered by a voltage which is 2.7V~3.6V volts, and this voltage is the voltage from which the generator is powered.There is a memory device mounted in Surface Mount position for this device.A maximum of 1Mb bytes of data can be stored.In addition to this part, you can search "EPCS1" for other similar parts.The supply voltage is 3.3V.There are different functions that can be applied on the 8 axis when it comes to terminating.This memory device can be used with a maximum voltage of 3.6V.3V is the minimum voltage required to supply the device.FPGA is a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip that we are talking about here.If you're reflow soldering, you shouldn't go above 260.In this memory, data is transmitted using the SERIAL process.The memory chip is allowed to operate at a voltage that is no greater than 0.015mA.I think it's important to point out that this is a memory IC that has a 20MHz frequency that can be operated at.The use of 3.3V power supplies is recommended.Among the EPCS series of devices, it is one of the most popular ones.I think of it as a sort of Flash Memories.
