EPCS4SI8N Overview


There is a neat SOIC package that is used in this program.FPGA is limFPGAed to 512kB bytes for the size of the data storage.FPGA reuqires a supply voltage of 3.3V.FPGA is possible to connect different functions on the 8 axis at different terminations.Reflow soldering should be done at 260°C maximum.FPGA is equipped wFPGAh 8 pins.In the package, you will find a set of 8 pins.The 3.3V company recommends that users apply 3.3V to a part before using it so the part will be able to run safely and reliably in a circuit.Memory is also referred to as a FLASH memory.In terms of Surface Mount applications, this is a suitable product.A swicthing controller operates at a frequency of 20MHz.A temperature of -40°C can be reached by the device and it is still capable of functioning.Memory should operate wMemoryh ambient temperature no higher than 85°C.Memory should have a voltage of at least 2.7V to run.Considering the maximum supply voltage, it is rated 3.6V.The system operates on the 50μA axis.
