FA80386EXTC33 Overview


The embedded microprocessor has been packed in TQFP for convenient overseas shipping. High reliability is achieved with advanced packaging method Bulk. As far as the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type is concerned, this is a MICROPROCESSOR. The total number of terminations is 144. A 5V voltage supply should be used to turn on and run the cpu microprocessor. There is a 32-Bit architecture in it. CPUs operate at 33MHz Hz. For information about 144 pins, please refer to the datasheet. An example of a Microprocessors microprocessor can be found here. An external data bus width of 16 is available on this CPU. The CPU microprocessor body is injected with 144 pins. Many applications use this CPU with Surface Mount mounted. There is a 5V function for the micro processor. According to the datasheet, the embedded microprocessor requires 5V power supply. It is 5V on the CPU's core. There is a maximum voltage you can supply to the CPU of 320mA. A voltage greater than 5.5V should not normally be applied to the embedded microprocessor. There should be 4.5V voltage applied to the CPU microprocessor below 4.5V. Over -40°C should be set as the operating environment. 12 hardware interrupts are terminated externally. Data is received between peripherals by 3 serial I/Os. DMA (Direct Memory Access) is programmed with 2 channels.
