For greater flexibility, the 8-WDFN Exposed Pad package is adopted.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 4.5V~18V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~125°C TA.Inverting is used as the input type in this program.Mosfet driver consists of 8 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.Many related parts can be found under its base part number FAN3223.Devices are mounted by Surface Mount.Mosfet driver is configured wMosfet driverh 8 pins when designing.In order to operate, a voltage of 12V has to be applied.Mosfet driver utilizes the interface IC FULL BRIDGE BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER.In the maximum case, the output current can be 5A volts.Its subcategory of MOSFET Drivers contains various useful electronic components.The output current supported by the device is 5A.Its maximum power dissipation of 540mW also demonstrates its maximum ability to transfer power without overheating.
