For greater flexibility, the 8-WDFN Exposed Pad package is adopted.The packaging method is indicated by Tape & Reel (TR).A total of 2 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.A supply voltage of 4.5V~18V demonstrates its superiority.The gate type on this device is N-Channel MOSFET.In this device, temperatures must not exceed -40°C~125°C TJ.Input type of Inverting is used.Initially, the configuration is composed of 8 terminations.Many related parts can be found under its base part number FAN3226.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.During design, it is configured with 8 pins.In order to operate, a voltage of 12V has to be applied.The interface chip of the system is HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.Mosfet driver is possible to achieve a maximum output current of 3A.Mosfet gate drivers can deliver a current of 3A.Using 460mW as an example, the maximum power dissipation shows how well it is able to transfer and conduct power loss without becoming overheated.To increase stability, keep the supply current at 1.2mA.
