It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, there are 16 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a ANALOG CIRCUIT voltage regulator. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 16-UFBGA, WLCSP package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Programmable output. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA when operating. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 2.5MHz. Input voltage 2.5V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 3.15V. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 5.5V. As a result of the 260 peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible. The output voltage for this switching regulator should be kept at 3.33V at least. Switching regulator has a maximum output current of 2.5A A, which is sufficient to meet the requirements of operation. On the basis of the maximum output voltage of 3.3V, adjusting voltage regulator can be operated easily.
