optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package in this voltage regulator. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 16 terminations were made. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the ANALOG CIRCUIT type. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 16-UFBGA, WLCSP package for the purpose of space saving. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Programmable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA when operating. 2.5MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. Input voltage 2.5V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 3.5V. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 5.5V. Its 260 peak reflow temperature makes this regulator essentially indestructible. In order for this switching regulator to work properly, the output voltage should be at least 3.7VV.
