It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 16 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 16-UFBGA, WLCSP package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Programmable output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. -40°C~85°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. There is a switching frequency of 2.5MHz for this voltage regulator 12v. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.35V. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 3.7V 3.77V. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 1.5A Switch output current.
