FAN5066MX Overview


This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. 4.75V~5.25V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Worked in a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher before. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 80kHz~1MHz. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Enable, Power Good. FAN5066 can be searched for other relevant dc to dc converter ics. In total, switching converter has 20 pins. A 3.5V voltage of DC regulator was detected in the test statistics. If you start a project, note down the dc dc regulator's usual output current of 19A. It is estimated that this dc regulatorhas a maximum frequency of 330kHz. At least 0°C°C is recommended. DC regulator should run at a temperature 70°C higher than 70°C. A supplier dc dc controller package of 20-SOIC would be used for this part.
