For greater flexibility, the 24-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package is adopted.There is a package in the form of Tape & Reel (TR).6 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.There is a mounting bracket in the way of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 10V~20V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.This gate type has a IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~150°C TJ.The input type is Non-Inverting.There are numerous related parts listed under its base part number FAN7389.You mount it with Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 24 pins.The high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be up to 600V.The basis of this model has 3 outputs integrated.Using 1.4W as an example, the maximum power dissipation shows how well it is able to transfer and conduct power loss without becoming overheated.
