Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.The packaging method is indicated by Tube.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.By using 10V~20V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate type IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.There are numerous related parts listed under its base part number FAN7392.Devices are mounted by Surface Mount.Devices have 16 pins available.As a maximum, there is 3A limit to the output current.Ideally, the high-side voltage should not exceed 600V.Mosfet driver supports an output current of 3A.Based on the maximum power dissipation of 1.3W, it is clear that it is capable of transferring and conducting power losses without becoming overheated.
