FDMF5833 Overview


Tape & Reel (TR) is used for packaging.In order to save costs, H bridge is included in the 31-PowerWFQFN package.The supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V can improve reliabilbridge drivery.H bridge circuit is mounted on Surface Mount.A normal operation of -40°C~150°C TJ is enabled by motor driver H bridges operating temperature.There are lots of uses for H bridge motor driver, including Synchronous Buck Converters.On PCBs, Surface Mount mounts H gate.Bootstrap Circuit, Latch Function, Status Flag is another of full bridges specific characteristics.It is used as a pronged contact as H bridge ic of a signal interface when 31 pins are used.This is an electronic H-bridge that belongs to the PowerTrench?, SyncFET? series.At a specified ambient temperature, 50A is the maximum load current that a power supply can provide.Output and power supply pins have a current of 50A.The Hbridge has 1 outputs.Drivers for the 2 family are integrated into the system.
