FDMF8704V Overview


Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package H bridge.H bridge is included in the 56-PowerWFQFN Module package as a cost-saving measure.With the 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage, improved reliabilbridge drivery can be achieved.H bridge circuit is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.When -55°C~150°C TJ is operating at a certain temperature, motor driver H bridge can function normally.There are lots of uses for H bridge motor driver, including Synchronous Buck Converters.Bootstrap Circuit, 5V Regulated Output is also one of full bridges specific characteristics.There are 56 terminations used to end a transmission line with the H bridge that matches the characteristic impedance of the line.H bridge circuit operates with the supply voltage of 5V.When the output reaches 65A, a maximum current is reached.The 56 pins work together to provide this bridge driver with the functionality it requires.
