A Tape & Reel (TR) case is used for the delivery of this product.42-VFBGA-case packaging is used.Serializer/Deserializer is recommended to use the Surface Mount type of mounting.Temperature range varies with -30°C~70°C TA operating temperature range.1.65V~3.6V volts are the supply output of the chip.In order for the user to enter input, there is a LVCMOS form available.There are 22/1 inputs to operate.Serializer/Deserializer can maintain 1/22 outputs.Parts with LINE TRANSCEIVER interface ICs can be classified as LINE TRANSCEIVER interface ICs.42 terminations are present in total.Serializer/Deserializer can handle voltages up to 2.775V.Electrical components such as this are included in the μSerDes? series.The device can also be used to establish UNIDIRECTIONAL MODE CONFIGURABLE.
