FST3253MTC Overview


In order to save board space, digital switch is located in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width).As a result, it is packaged in a way that is referred to as Tube.In terms of mounting, digital switch ic uses the method of Surface Mount.In the multiplexers, the analog IC Multiplexer/Demultiplexer is used.By maintaining the operating temperature at -40°C~85°C, turn signal switch will not be affected by external factors.Using a 4V~5.5V supply voltage provides digital controlled switch's superior flexibility for designers.It is designed with 16 terminations as part of its basic configuration.The base part number is 3253, which can also be used to find its logic switch related parts.The multiplexer's system is powered by 5V volts.A conductor terminates at GULL WING.The logic switch is included into the family of CBT/FST/QS/5C/B.In this signal multiplexer, there are 4 bits that are provided.Keeping the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) at 4V prevents some unnecessary failures.It is advisable to keep the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) at 5.5V in order to prevent some unnecessary failures.The resistance of the signal switching is 2.
