FSTU6800MTCX Overview


Due to the lack of space on the board, digital switch is provided in the 24-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width).The package is packaged in accordance with Tape & Reel (TR).In terms of mounting, digital switch ic uses the method of Surface Mount.In the multiplexers, the analog IC is indicated by Bus Switch.Turn signal switch will not be susceptible to the external factors when the operating temperature is kept at -40°C~85°C.When operated with a 4V~5.5V supply voltage, digital controlled switch provides digital controlled switch's superior flexibility for designers.To find signal switch's related components, a base part number of 6800 may also be used.Its supply type is Single, which is used as the source of power.A configuration of 24 pins is used.It is positioned in the direction of Surface Mount.Signal multiplexer contains 10 bits.Not being affected by the external factors, consumes 3μA current of multiplexer ic.If the supply voltage is 5V, reliable performance of the multiplexers can be achieved.A resistance of 11Ohm is used to operate it.In this case, operating this signal switch at 85°C is acceptable.In order to maintain a minimal operating temperature of the multiplexer, it should be set at -40°C.The relevant device specification specifies a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V for the signal switches.According to its specifications, the digital swith requires a minimum supply voltage of 4V.The configuration of the mux switch contains 1 elements.The digitalswitch relies on 10 circuits to function normally.
