FT240XS-U Overview


The 24-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package contains it. Easily transportable packaging in Tube-shape. A reliable operation requires a temperature that is regulated to -40°C~85°C. You should be able to use it as long as you use 3.3V~5VV power. The terminations in it can be broken down into 24's.
