FT3001MPX Overview


As you can see, this power management is mounted through 8 terminals. Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. IC management is packaged as a 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad package. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Reset Timer products. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be NOT SPECIFIED. Surface Mount mounts power management on the wall. This power management has 8 pins. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 1.8V for this power management. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 5V volts in this IC management. The mounting type of the supervisors is Surface MountThe temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain, Push-Pull of output voltage. Among other features, IC power can be also taken advantage of [0], for instance.
