FT3001UMX Overview


There is a Cut Tape (CT)-packaging method applied to IC management. In this PMIC, you can find 10-UFQFN functions for your reference. It is a IC power that shares many benefits with other products from the Reset Timer line. When 3V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Power management is included in the Surface Mount mount. This power management has 10 pins. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 1.8V for this power management. There should be no more than 5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Open Drain, Push-Pull. The power management's supply current is 100μA. You can always use FT3001, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
