FT7511L6X Overview


This power management consists of 6 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. Please find attached 6-UFDFN functions for your reference in this IC power. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Reset Timer products. Packages are specified to have an average peak reflow temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. Surface Mount mounts power management on the wall. There are 6 pins on the supervisor. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 1.8V, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. There should be no more than 5V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage.
