Due to its 492-BBGA packaging, it is convenient to ship overseas. In order to provide high reliability, advanced packaging method Tray is used. A total of SDRAM RAM controllers are used by this CPU. Featuring MII, PCI, UART interfaces, this microprocessor can better serve you. In this CPU, I/O is set to 3.3V. uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs are a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC. There are 492 terminations totally.
