Shipping overseas is convenient with the part packed in 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm). High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tube. This logic works according to the AND Gate principle. A voltage of 3V~15V is needed to ensure full function of the part. Operating temperature extended to -40°C~125°C. It is mounted in position Through Hole. 3.4mA 3.4mA is the output current's high and low states. 4000B is its series number. In total, 14 terminations have occurred.
