HI3-0507A-5Z Overview


The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in PDIP. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Bulk is used. In total, there are 28 terminations. A high-quality output is provided by the electrical component's 8 channels. When a voltage supply of 15V is used, the electronic component should be turned on and run. A total of 28 pins are injected into the electrical part body. This multiplexer is composed of 2 circuits. An switch multiplexer with 1.8kOhm internal resistance has a value of 1.8kOhm. You can find the functions of the 28 pins in the datasheets. A voltage higher than 15V should not normally be supplied to the switches. The analog switch ic is of the Dual supply type and is cost-effective. An operating current of 500μA would be sufficient for this switch device. Despite this switch device's dual supply capability, its voltage should not exceed 22V. 15V operating voltages can be used with this electrical part. Check out the electrical component's additional features, such as the following: OVERVOLTAGE PROTECTION. An environment with a temperature greater than 75°C should not be used to operate the digital switches.
