For greater flexibility, the 12-VFDFN Exposed Pad package is adopted.Tube is the packaging method.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 9V~14V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.This gate type has a N-Channel MOSFET design.For this device, the temperature range is -55°C~150°C TJ.The input type for this program is Non-Inverting.As a result of its configuration, it contains a maximum of 12 terminations.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 12V volts of power.The board has 12 component pins.High-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be as low as 114V.
