Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the VQFN package.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.Mosfet driver is based on 16 terminations.Surface Mount is the way it takes to mount the device.Devices have 16 pins available.With a supply voltage of 12V, it is designed to operate.Mosfet driver is equipped wMosfet driverh an interface chip HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.The maximum output current can amount to 2A.There are several useful electronic components found in its subcategory of MOSFET Drivers.The allowable maximum value of operating temperature is 150°C.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of -55°C.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended to keep the supply current at 2.5mA to ensure greater stabilMosfet gate driversy.For operation, 114V is the maximum supply voltage.In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 9V must be applied.In this case, the current output is 2A.
