Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the DFN package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel is indicated.Gate drivers is configured wGate driversh 2 drivers.You mount it with Surface Mount.There are 12 pins available in the device.The interface IC is referred to as HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.An output current as high as 1A can be achieved at maximum power.The number of component pins is 12.For its basis, 1 outputs are integrated.125°C is the maximum operating temperature that can be tolerated.There is a minimum operating temperature of -40°C.In order for the device to operate, the supply voltage must be 60V.In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 5V must be applied.The current it outputs is 200mA.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that the operating voltage of the supply be set at 14V.The supply voltage is 245μA.With a 4V output voltage, it works.
