The SOIC package provides greater flexibility.Configuration is based on 4 drivers.There are 20 terminations to form the base of its configuration.Devices are mounted by Surface Mount.Specification is for 12V supply voltage operation.The interface IC of the device is FULL BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.2.5A is the maximum output current.20, 20 pins are present on the component.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of 85°C.Operating temperatures must not exceed -40°C.To ensure high stability, the supply current should be kept at 15mA.For operation, it requires a voltage of 15V.Its minimum operating voltage is 9.5V.A current of 2.5A is output by the device.
