HIP4080AIBZT Overview


Its SOIC package is adopted for higher flexibility.A package of Cut Tape has been used.Configuration is supported by 4 drivers.There are 20 terminations to form the base of its configuration.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.When designing, the device is configured with 20 pins.In addition, it is specifically designed to operate with a supply voltage of 12V.There is an interface IC called FULL BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.There is a maximum output current of 2.5A that can be achieved.The allowable maximum value of operating temperature is 85°C.The allowable minimum value of operating temperature is -40°C.Keeping the supply current at 15mA ensures greater stability.For operation, 95V is the maximum supply voltage.In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 9.5V must be applied.A current of 2.6A is output by the device.In order to work with it, you need to have a voltage of 950mV.
