HIP4080AIP Overview


In order to increase flexibility, the package PDIP is used.There are 4 drivers installed for this device.There are 20 terminations to form the base of its configuration.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Through Hole method.During design, it is configured with 20 pins.A supply voltage of 12V is required for operation.Mosfet driver utilizes the interface IC FULL BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.As a maximum, there is 2.5A limit to the output current.Temperatures greater than 85°C are not allowed.There is a minimum operating temperature of -40°C.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that you keep the supply current at 15mA in order to achieve greater stabilMosfet gate driversy.The supply voltage of 15V is its maximum value for operation.For operation, 9.5V is the minimum supply voltage.A current of 2.5A is output by the device.In order to work with it, you need to have a voltage of 12.6V.
