There is greater flexibility with the DIP package.The packaging method is indicated by Bulk.Configuration is based on 4 drivers.Its configuration is based on a total of 20 terminations.The device is mounted using Through Hole.Mosfet driver is configured wMosfet driverh 20 pins when designing.With a supply voltage of 12V, it is designed to operate.FULL BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER is employed as its interface IC.There is an output current limit of 2.5A for this device.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to set the operating temperature to 85°C.The allowable minimum value of operating temperature is -40°C.If you want a stable supply current, you should keep it at 15mA.The maximum voltage for operation is 95V.A minimum supply voltage of 9.5V is required for operation.2.5A is the output current.With a 11.5V output voltage, it works.Mosfet driver ic is recommended that the maximum output voltage be kept at 15V.
