HIP4081AIP Overview


For greater flexibility, its PDIP package is used.There are 4 drivers installed for this device.Its configuration starts with 20 terminations.The device is mounted using Through Hole.The pins are configured with 20 when designing the chip.Specification is for 12V supply voltage operation.The interface chip of the system is FULL BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.An output current as high as 2.5A can be achieved at maximum power.Operating temperatures cannot exceed 85°C.There is a minimum operating temperature of -40°C.If you want a stable supply current, you should keep it at 15.5mA.During operation, the supply voltage of 15V is its maximum value.In order for the device to function, the supply voltage must be set to 9.5V.The current it outputs is 2.5A.The output voltage is 1.2V.
