The PDIP package provides greater flexibility.Bulk represents the package.This device is equipped with 1 drivers for its configuration.Mosfet driver consists of 20 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.The device is mounted with Through Hole.During design, it is configured with 20 pins.The device is specifically designed to function with a supply voltage of 12V V.Mosfet driver is equipped wMosfet driverh an interface chip FULL BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 2.5A.In terms of its basis, there are 4 outputs integrated.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to set the operating temperature to 85°C.Operating temperatures must not exceed -40°C.To maintain higher stability, the supply current should always be 15.5mA.For operation, the supply voltage of 95V is the maximum value.A supply voltage of 9.5V is the minimum value required to operate the device.The current it outputs is 2.5A.In this case, 12.6V is the output voltage.In this case, 15V should be set as the maximum output voltage.
