HIP4082IPZ Overview


In order to increase flexibility, the package PDIP is used.Bulk represents the packaging method.This device is equipped with 4 drivers for its configuration.Mosfet driver is based on 16 terminations.Mounting the device requires Through Hole.When the device is designed, it has 16 pins.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 12V volts of power.Mosfet driver is equipped wMosfet driverh an interface chip FULL BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.An output current as high as 1.25A can be achieved at maximum power.The number of component pins is 16.Operating temperatures cannot exceed 125°C.-55°C is the minimum permissible operating temperature.The supply current should be kept at 6.4mA to ensure higher stability.The supply voltage of 15V is its maximum value for operation.In order for it to operate, the supply voltage of 8.5V must be maintained.1.25A is the current that it outputs.As long as the output voltage is set to 86.3V, it will work.Mosfet driver ic is recommended to keep the maximum output voltage at 12V.
