A higher level of flexibility is provided by its SOIC package.The configuration starts with 16 terminations.You mount it with Surface Mount.At the time of design, it is configured with 16 pins.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 12V volts of power.The interface IC of the device is HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.The maximum output current can amount to 240mA.The board has a total of 16 component pins.For its basis, there are 3 outputs integrated.There is a maximum acceptable operating temperature of 105°C.Temperatures below -40°C are allowed as the minimum.As a precaution, make sure the supply current is kept at 2.5mA.For operation, it requires a voltage of 95V.7V is the minimum voltage required to operate it.240mA is the current that it outputs.JUNCTION TEMPERATURE FOR TEST can also be provided based on unique technology.The device is configured to operate on 1 channels.As long as the output voltage is set to 101.3V, it will work.
