Its 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package is adopted for higher flexibility.Tube is the form of the package.Configuration is based on 3 drivers.It's mounted on the way to Through Hole.A supply voltage of 7V~15V demonstrates its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.The input type for this program is Inverting.The configuration starts with 16 terminations.In addition, it is specifically designed to operate with a supply voltage of 12V.HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER is employed as its interface IC.There can be a voltage up to 95V on the high-side (Bootstrap).A unique technology can also be used to provide JUNCTION TEMPERATURE FOR TEST.
