In order to increase flexibility, the package SOIC is used.As a result of its configuration, it contains a maximum of 24 terminations.Devices are mounted by Surface Mount.At the time of design, it is configured with 24 pins.The device is specifically designed to function with a supply voltage of 12V V.Mosfet driver utilizes the interface IC HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.There is an output current limit of 1.5A for this device.The board has a total of 24 component pins.The basis of this model has 3 outputs integrated.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to set the operating temperature to 125°C.Temperatures below -40°C are allowable as a minimum.Keeping the supply current at 10.5mA ensures greater stability.95V is its maximum operating voltage.In order for the device to function, the supply voltage must be set to -300mV.In this case, the current output is 140μA.
