A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its SOIC package.Bulk is the packaging method.For its configuration, it incorporates 6 drivers.Mosfet driver consists of 24 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.Surface Mount is the way it takes to mount the device.Devices have 24 pins available.Specification is for 12V supply voltage operation.In this case, HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER serves as the interface IC.An output current as high as 1.5A can be achieved at maximum power.125°C is the maximum operating temperature that can be tolerated.There is a minimum operating temperature of -40°C.For higher stability, the supply current should be kept at 10.5mA.The maximum voltage for operation is 95V.For operation, 7V is the minimum supply voltage.Mosfet gate drivers outputs a current of 500mA at the moment.Mosfet gate drivers is also possible to provide JUNCTION TEMPERATURE FOR TEST using unique technologies.The output voltage is 101V.
