HIP4086ABZT Overview


A higher level of flexibility is provided by its SOIC package.Bulk represents the packaging method.As a result of its configuration, it contains a maximum of 24 terminations.Mounting the device requires Surface Mount.Mosfet driver is configured wMosfet driverh 24 pins when designing.In order to operate, a voltage of 12V has to be applied.Mosfet driver employs an interface chip called HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER as Mosfet drivers interface chip.As a maximum, there is 1.5A limit to the output current.There are 3 outputs integrated for its basis.125°C is the maximum acceptable operating temperature.There is a minimum operating temperature of -40°C.The supply current should be kept at 10.5mA to ensure higher stability.During operation, the supply voltage of 95V is its maximum value.A minimum supply voltage of 7V is required for operation.Mosfet gate drivers is also possible to provide JUNCTION TEMPERATURE FOR TEST using unique technologies.
