HIP6301CBZ Overview


The switching controller fits in the 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. 4 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tube rating. The system can process PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s). 4.75V~5.25V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. A 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher is not a problem. The switching controller can be switched at 50kHz~1.5MHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good. Connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC, the switch converters are connected to a power supply. A switching converters's terminal (s) sits at the DUAL position. There are many different types of terminations for 20. To name a few of the control techniques these dc dc converter ics adapt, it includes PULSE WIDTH MODULATION.
