HIP6301VCB Overview


With a 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 4 outputs. A solid enclosure of Tube surrounds pmic. The program can handle PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 4.75V~5.25V volts and has 4.75V~5.25V supply voltage. Qualified to work in a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 280kHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good which allows efficient switching control.
