HIP6302CBZ-T Overview


It comes in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. 2 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). There are PWM Signal dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. dc control's supply and operating voltages are 4.75V~5.25V. A 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher is not a problem. With this switching controller, you can switch at 50kHz~1.5MHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good. SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC connects the switch converters. Terminal (s) of the switching converters are designed at the DUAL position. Different dc switching's functions can be applied to 16 terminations. These dc dc converter ics adapt a variety of control techniques, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. DC switcher's voltage input is 5V.
