With a 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. It is sufficient to generate 2 outputs with this dc motor controller. Packaging for the pmic consists of Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosures. The program can handle PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s). The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 4.75V~5.25V. Qualified to work in a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 50kHz~1.5MHz position. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. The dcdc regulator features Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good for efficient switching control.
