HIP6303CB-T Overview


The switching controller fits in the 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. 4 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. With PWM Signal dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. dc control's supply and operating voltages are 4.75V~5.25V. Suitable for a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 50kHz~1.5MHz position. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good is included in the dcdc regulator. Thare switch converters are connected to an analog integrated circuit (IC) of type SWITCHING CONTROLLER. The switching converters's terminal (s) are designed at DUAL . A variety of dc switching's functions can be performed on 20 terminations. It includes PULSE WIDTH MODULATION as one of the control techniques dc dc converter ic adapts. It is inputted with a DC switcher's voltage of 5V. In addition to "HIP6303", there are other relevant dc to dc converter ics you can find. The dc to dc regulator can only accept a maximum input voltage of 5.25V.
