HIP6311CBZA-T Overview


Capsuled in the 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 4. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. With this function, you can deal with PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s). The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 4.75V~5.25V. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with 0°C~70°C TA. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 50kHz~1.5MHz. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good which allows efficient switching control. Switch converters are connected to ICs with SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog outputs. There are a terminal (s) on the switching converters that are designed at DUAL. A variety of 20 terminations are available in dc switching. The control methods that these dc dc converter ics use include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. The DC switcher's nominal voltage is 5V. HIP6311 can be used to locate other relevant dc to dc converter ics. It should be fully noted that the dc to dc regulator only accepts 5.25V input voltage at most.
